“I have visited London several times, but I only recently saw the option for a private tour of the Courts, and thought it would be an interesting way to spend a short while, and learn some of the differences in our two judicial systems. It was apparent from the onset that our guide, Mark, was extremely knowledgeable, as well as passionate, in sharing his love of the law, the courts and the history with us. We were entertained and educated at the same time. We would recommend it highly.
“We took a group for a tour of the law courts, it was very interesting. Some found the stairs a little bit of a challenge. Our guide was very informative and delivered with good humour and passion. We look forward to adding this tour to our program in the future.
“Excellent tour led by a very informative guide. Well worth the time and money. The history of the building and the court system were very well explained. I imagined we would be escorted by armed guards but was surprised to learn anyone can visit the museum and the building if they pass the bag searches. Superb afternoon.
“Informative although a bit of gallop so one felt a little restrained about asking questions. While we heard about many things what was significantly missing was some time in a courtroom - all were empty by 4pm so we wondered why our guide couldn't be given a key.
“One of the best tours I've been on in London and the support from the moment I booked was fab. My friend did the tour with Strawberry Tours (I think) but didn't like the delivery. I really wanted to learn more and so glad I booked. Stan was a great guide. Thoroughly recommended.
“This tour was fantastic! The building has a fascinating history and our guide was very knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions and told us stories about some interesting cases that have been held there over the years. He also did a great job of making it entertaining and fun for all the ages in our group, so I would highly recommend this tour!
“I so much enjoyed this tour with Stan, such a knowledgeable person with an excellent delivery. Thank you. I was surprised that the general public are allowed to wander in and out of the building, which I shall do next time I am in London. My visit on 15th July 2019 coincided with the Extinction Rebellion demo. I walked round the building to the Carey Street entrance and was able to appreciate both the size of this magnificent building and its architecture.
“Thanks to our excellent guide, Rowan, who is a retired solicitor, the tour was the most memorable experience in my trip. I learned a lot and I’m now Googling the things I want to know more. I would like to add that the supporting staff, Andrew is also excellent. He was willing to help me and gave me complete information beforehand.
